About Us

Monika & Patrick Priddy, of  Mount Airy, NC are the directors of "Ultimate Starz Dance Productions". They met on the dance floor and knew right then they would dance together forever. Patrick has been stomping his feet since he was 10 years old while Monika has leaped across stages since she was 2 years old. Teaching at early ages, Monika & Patrick always knew they wanted to share their passion and excitement for dance with others. Monika has studied dance at Broadway Dance Center and Alvin Ailey in New York City as well as has studied with Dave Scott, Mia Michaels, Eric Jenkins, Cris Judd, Wade Robson, Tyce Diorio, and Rusty Mowery (dance captain for Broadway's Legally Blonde). Monika and Patrick were also the Executive Directors/Instructors of "Ultimate Dance Studio" of Pilot Mountain, NC for 20 AMAZING years before closing their studio to focus on their family and Ultimate Starz. They know first hand the struggles of finding good, quality, affordable, and fun dance conventions and competitions for their own dancers to go to. Monika and Patrick won numerous Over-All awards. Monika was the '07, '08', &  '09 "Adult Miss EPIC?" and "2008-2009 EPIC Director of the Year". Monika and Patrick were ironically named America's Miss & Mister Dance in the same year, 2001. They were also named "2008 National USA Teachers of the Year" as well as recently had their studio named "2012 National Studio of the Year". They are both internationally known certified instructors and judges and continue to love travelling around teaching and judging when their schedules allow. Monika & Patrick are truly blessed to be the proud parents of the "Priddy Peas", Jaxon and Journey, who were born January 2011. Yes, they dance and even won a National title as the "2013 National USA Over-All Tiny Duo/Duet" winners. "Bella Boo Boo Priddy" and "Rusty Chewbacca Bear Priddy" are their four legged siblings who the family spoil completely rotten. Monika and Patrick invite you to be apart of the "Ultimate Starz" experience and come join the "Ultimate Starz" dance family!!!  :)
